Great except shipping

I love my new hoop. It’s great quality and I couldn’t be happier with the actual hoop. Unfortunately, during shipping the hoop went though a lot and the packaging was completely ripped causing the wax I ordered to fall out. The tape on the hoop was a bit damaged too. Other than that I love my hoop, the color, the communication from utopia. They were super apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and They already said they’d send me a new hoop! I love the feel of the hoop and I couldn’t be happier with the product despite the shipping damage. I will definitely recommend these high quality and funky hoops to everyone.
