How to unpackage your hoop & Care instructions
For shipping purposes, the hoop is been coiled down. To disconnect your hoop, push-button down on the button and pull apart. Once disconnected, lay it down on a flat surface and allow it to uncoil naturally and round out for at least a few hours to a day. If it’s still not completely circular play with it gently and it should round out. You can gently press on both sides of the hoop to round it out. If you need more assistance please contact me!
